What areas do you service?
We’re mobile across the Fraser Valley, including Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, Langley, Aldergrove, Surrey, Delta, Hope, and Rosedale.
Can you work after hours or on weekends?
Yes. We can schedule nights, early mornings, or weekends to avoid disrupting your operations. We also offer one-time cleanings and routine service plans.
Do you need access to water or power on site?
We bring industrial hot‑ and cold‑water equipment. Access to an outdoor tap helps, but we can supply water if needed. Please secure windows/doors and unlock gates before we arrive.
Are your cleaning methods environmentally friendly?
We use biodegradable detergents and recover or direct wastewater per local bylaws. Hot‑water applications remove grease and biohazards while minimizing chemical use.
Are you insured and safety certified?
Yes. We are fully insured, safety‑trained, and follow site‑specific protocols and WHMIS/WSBC requirements. Jobsite risks are assessed before work begins.
How do quotes and pricing work?
Contact us with your scope and photos or a site address. We provide free quotes—pricing depends on area size, soil level, access, and scheduling. Routine plans are available.
What surfaces and equipment do you clean?
Commercial buildings, sidewalks, parking lots, awnings, fleet vehicles, warehouses, garbage rooms, highway signs, and construction equipment. We also disinfect high‑touch common areas.
